Lori Strumpf, M.A., is a nationally known expert in human services and workforce development. As head of Strumpf Associates: Center for Strategic Change, she helps education, training, and human resource development organizations improve customer satisfaction. Her approach to organizational development produces enhanced performance and lasting change by targeting the systems, processes, and rewards that comprise organizational culture. Paul Bott, Ed.D., is a nationally known career and technology educator. His primary focus is developing strategic, compliance and regulatory processes in degree and non-degree private postsecondary schools, universities, vocational-technical schools, and specialized schools in the proprietary sector of higher education. He was a professor of professional studies and department chair at a major West Coast university. Bott served six years on the National Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology and one year as its Chair. He is the author of two texts, and he has served on statewide task forces to determine standards for career and technical teacher preparation in California. He earned his doctorate degree from UCLA. Joyce Kersey, MSA, has extensive multinational corporate experience, including managing the personnel development and training functions of two divisions of General Motors/Hughes Aircraft Company. She has serviced clients in all major industries and works with all levels of staff from senior executives to middle management and hourly employees. She has a background in human resources, employee development, employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits. Kersey has been an instructor at the University of California Extension at Irvine and California State University, Long Beach.
