Joan P. Klubnik, Ed.D., has a proven track record in working with senior leaders in public and private sector organizations. She supports clients in building strategic approaches to achieve competitive advantage and in developing their human capital to support their initiatives. She helps organizations implement productive work models such as partnerships and teaming to drive strategic, organizational and process change. Her engagements have focused on training initiatives from design through implementation and evaluation. She provides strategic and operational support in workforce development agencies, information technology, financial services, health care, higher education, training and human resource organizations

Before launching Two K Consulting, Klubnik was a vice president at Transamerica Life Companies. She has provided education and consultancy services for over two decades. She has served in a senior leadership capacity for a number of volunteer organizations. Klubnik has written several books including Partnerships: Working Together in Today’s Environment and Rewarding and Recognizing Employees. Her articles have been published in a variety of professional journals. Klubnik has been a keynote speaker, has spoken at several international training conferences -- including ASTD and ASQC -- and appeared as a guest on KWHY business channel.

She is an adjunct professor at California State University, Long Beach and Fullerton, and has taught at Chapman University and University of California Extension. Dr. Klubnik received her doctorate from UCLA.
